» BOURGOGNE CHARDONNAY

This pure Chardonnay is planted in the municipality of Cortevaix nearby Cluny on a hill east-west.

With a plantation of 7,500 plants per hectare on crinoidal limestone (fossil land), and enjoying a fabulous microclimate, this plot reveals wines of fine minerality.

The vines planted over 20 years and cut single Guyot provide intense, fresh and well balanced primary flavors. The grapes are transported in Fuissé, then pressed by a pneumatic press last generation.

The wort is then housed in tanks and thermo to preserve all the aromas. Then follows the alcoholic fermentation and malolactic made from 100%. The wines are bottled in the vicinity of the month of March following the harvest.

This appellation of Burgundy can be kept 3 years and older.
